I have had to take my dog to WSU vet hospital. I drove from Spokane. Each time I have eaten at Birch and Barley. I had their grilled salmon and spinach salad. On two occasions my daughter and grandchildren ( teens) came with me. They each ordered something different each time. Food was great. So good that the three times I drove down to Pullman, I ate there. Have to make one more visit. I will eat at Birch and Barley again.
I have eaten a lot of burgers. It's one of my favorite meals. I confidently say that this is the best burger I've had. I got the burger of the day nacho burger. It's one of those I'm coming back for more the next day meals.
We had the grilled cheese & tomato basil soup, as well as the prime rib dip. Both were delicious, and served piping hot. Service was excellent, and everything was clean & tidy. Will definitely return to try the lobster mac & cheese!
