We ordered a hamburger basket, a deluxe burger and a chocolate milk shake. Food was perfectly cooked. The fries had the perfect crisp outside to soft inside ratio, and my husband was raving about how great his milk shake was. The outside is a little rustic, but the service was great, and the food was awesome! Thank you Sam. You had great customer service, something that feels like it is becoming a rarity.
If you are ever in Pullman WA Cougar Country is a must. It’s a Pullman institution. If I am there for a game or visiting my sister who is a local I am there. The minute you walk in you get transported to an old school burger place and the customer service is outstanding. They have a great menu but I stick with the ? bacon burger and fries. They have the good fry sauce. The burger is classic and it is not sloppy or overrun with shredded lettuce. They will make it to order so...
maggie was so nice when i came through today! not only was the food amazing as always but it’s service workers like her that make the experience that much better! she was so nice to my dogs and my partner and i hope she gets a raise :)
