Nuevo Vallarta | Mexican is a great place for a family dinner, group of friends, date, or solo night. The staff are super attentive, welcoming, and friendly. The decor is gorgeous and unique, with bright decoration around. The food was very flavorful and delicious, warm and plentiful. The verde chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, the combo taco plate, the Chile verde, and the combo plate with an enchilada and a chimichanga are all mentioned. The rice and beans are flavorful and well seasoned. The margaritas were superb, and the horchata was fire. The pina colada was delicious and decently priced. Some noted the hard shell taco shells and chips are not made in house, and the pork and Verde sauce were bland, with the chicken not being the best. Service is great, and the owner is super kind and helpful for catering. Overall, the food was good, a nice change from pub grub, and a great dinner worth returning for.
