Owner is completely rude and unprofessional. its over priced and closed on weekends. Honestly there's several coffee shops in pullman its easier just to go to another one. She chargre me for a burrito and it was the wrong one when i got it and instead of makeing the right one she wanted to charge for both and through a fit about haveing to refund me..

Got a peppermint mocha from them and a white coffee, both coffees were not good. Went back in to have my coffee remade and they charged me an extra $5.25 for just adding things to the previous drink when I asked them to remake it. One lady was really nice, the rest of them were extremely rude and treated you like human garbage. I don’t appreciate the level of customer service I was provided. I felt more like a burden than a human.
Will not be coming back 💯

You get a powdered concoction in place of real coffee when ordering. I really do hope asking for a certain amount of coffee in a drink would imply I’m looking for the real deal. 🤷🏽♂️

Love their coffee!
They make my drink perfectly. Thanks girls doing a awesome job keep it up....
Wanted to support local, but I ended up paying five dollars for a single shot of espresso and hot water. They have a five dollar minimum and charge over four dollars for a single shot in a 12 ounce of Americano.
I’m really disappointed. Been going to daily grind for over 15 years. Bought 3 kids cocoas and a drip coffee. Their sign states that 12oz hot cocoa is 2.85. When I got the bill it was over $16. I questioned them about it since the math wasn’t adding up. Apparently “their prices change all the time” and a 12oz hot cocoa is $4. The manager was irritated that we were questioning and dismissed us like it was our problem. Pricing should match the sign and not be false advertising. Fool me once….. it’s not really about the difference in $5 but there was no customer service or acknowledgment that they were in the wrong. Felt like a commodity and not a human.
I do think they have the best coffee in town. However, there service is… eh. Maybe I am being misled here but every time the red head girl takes my order she appears to have some sort of attitude. I genuinely cannot tell if she’s just generally condescending or always confused when you tell her your order. Either way it makes ordering awkward (This is coming from a previous barista). There are some uplifting girls who work there though! Maybe I’m just catching her on bad days.

If you buy some Cayenne, (real Cayenne not 'chili powder') and put Mexican/Spicey Mocha
On the menu, this will change to 5 stars, and you will gain a customer for life!
Your Staff is on Point!
You Just need some Cayenne in your kitchen Mijo'!
We'll be back! Lets spice it up!

Nope. Just nope
I’ve lived in Pullman for a little under a year and I’ve been on the hunt for a great sandwich. When I say that this coffee stand blew me away I quite literally wanted to cry. I’m in love with the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Best price in town for a sandwich I will be back again to try other menu options. The ladies there were super helpful in helping me pick out a drink out of the many options. This place just does it right. Thank you day made!
