I do think they have the best coffee in town. However, there service is… eh. Maybe I am being misled here but every time the red head girl takes my order she appears to have some sort of attitude. I genuinely cannot tell if she’s just generally condescending or always confused when you tell her your order. Either way it makes ordering awkward (This is coming from a previous barista). There are some uplifting girls who work there though! Maybe I’m just catching her on bad days.

Super friendly staff, I tried their chorizo burrito and they gave me some sour cream and salsa too. Absolutely delicious!

If you buy some Cayenne, (real Cayenne not 'chili powder') and put Mexican/Spicey Mocha
On the menu, this will change to 5 stars, and you will gain a customer for life!

Nope. Just nope
I’ve lived in Pullman for a little under a year and I’ve been on the hunt for a great sandwich. When I say that this coffee stand blew me away I quite literally wanted to cry. I’m in love with the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Best price in town for a sandwich I will be back again to try other menu options. The ladies there were super helpful in helping me pick out a drink out of the many options. This place just does it right. Thank you day made!

Excellent
I think its goofy they only punch once for a 32 oz drink. That drink is $11, if I'm coming there and getting that drink 11 times, (to fill the punch card) that's $121 and then the punch card only takes $4 off? I'm practically buying 3 drinks every time I go there
I like how they cook real food here with health and vegan options that arent overpriced or suck, they deserve more than 4 stars imo.

When I moved to Pullman I decided to try and support home town small businesses. For the first couple years I've really appreciated the service I received here at the Daily Grind. Polite and friendly. However the last couple months the service has been extremely rude. Even to the point of slamming the window shut. Several times getting my request wrong and sometimes over charging me. I may not want to support the big coffee business in Pullman but I with them I'm treated politely.

Everything is kinda just ok.Coffee is ok.I usually get a bagel, and for some reason they think it's a good idea to put the napkin in the bag with the bagel. So, I always have a greasy napkin.People change with the college seasons. One person didn't like that I paid in cash one day, or so I assume because when they handed me back my change, coins fell out of her hand (she poured them in my hand, instead of making sure I could capture them), and most of them slid out of my hand onto the ground, and she just walked away. Sure it was like 23 cents, but it was the attitude about it.Think I'm done going there.
