I brought my family in on 11/12. We did notice that the crew at Einsteins was busy, but nothing out of the ordinary. We waited and placed our order. We then sat down and waited 15 minutes, whilst other customers behind us were getting their orders. I asked one of the workers if our order was going to be up soon and it was placed under the bagel cutter, obviously misplaced. Not a big deal, however a female employee gave us the "boo hoo" crying eyes. We waited another 20 minutes...read full review
