The orange chicken arrived looking fresh and delicious, but it was the most overcooked, leathery slab of protein I've ever tasted. You'd need the jaws of a beaver to slice through it. And don't get me started on the Singapore rice noodles. They were limp, lifeless, and bland, as if someone had just waved a spice jar over the pot and called it a day. The dining area is littered with cardboard boxes, with all the charm of eating in a utility closet. Avoid unless you're truly craving a big helping of disappointment.

I love going to golden teriyaki as it reminds me of a slice of home, I grew up in the bay area a sneeze away from Chinatown and would always go down there to hangout, get dinner, etc but on top of that it just feels nice having a connection to being Asian in a small town as well! Good is great, always filling and large portions, staff is decent they're older folks but pretty nice!

What was once a excellent place has taken a real dive. I payed $20 for lunch and got very little food. Was really talen back by the customer service as well. Very sad to see this. They lost long time customers today.

Ordered food to go. When I arrived I realized my mistake. This place is run down, parking lot was empty. A Portion of the seating area has been filled with supplies. No one was eating at the few remaining tables. I ordered the big island combo. When I got to my hotel and checked out the food, I couldn't find the teriyaki beef. Eventually found it, maybe 1 bite worth. The teriyaki chicken was a flattened partially cut tough breast piece. There was a sauce container, but it was sweet and sour sauce, not teriyaki. Overall very bad experience.
I love it here. The food is delicious 😋🤤 the restaurant worker was so kind 😁 food came quickly.
Authentic amazing food.
Dont get doordash from here. I am a dasher and have been waiting for an hour and a half for the order
Been waiting over an hour to be simply ignored.
Got it delivered. The wonton soup, grilled asparagus veg , egg rolls all good. Bbq pork was worst I’ve ever had lol. But all in all good. Asked for extra sauces only got two soy sauce.

coming from someone who has had a lot of asian food both across the country and internationally, i think this is one of, if not the best restaurant in pullman for a variety of chinese food and definitely the best place for pho. the authentic dishes here are really good. usually not busy when i’ve gone, but i definitely recommend dishes such as pho, beef hotpot, and beef stew noodle soup. spice levels are customizable and flavors are good. i think the ingredients vary a bit, but nothing that detracts from my experience thus far.
it seems like the authentic chinese menu dishes are a lot better than the other items on the menu judging from the other reviews so i would highly recommend trying things from that menu.
the staff is always friendly and it seems like a family owned restaurant. cozy interior — i find myself coming here for comfort food. highly recommend coming here!

I ordered the combination plate and the pork fried rice and noodles were awful. I wasn't able to eat it.

The food was just not edible. We had to go to Panda Express and throw out our food from Golden Teriyaki. Yes it was that bad.

I like to visit this place after work, especially on Fridays at the end of our week of work and my favorite chef is there, Phong! He is a master at creating savory flavors with lamb, stewed pork rib and his garlic deep fried chicken wings, "are to live for"
