Why does the front counter area constantly get ignored but your drive thru is constantly moving. It's garbage that people's food sits behind the counter dying

This place is terrible. I ate a burger there and there was a piece of hair in it. Their regular fries taste like cardboard. their onion rings are super soggy. The egg-rolls taste like cat meat. The tacos are super awful and their nuggets are disgusting I can’t even finish them. this place needs to seriously shut down and turn into a Burger King Or Popeyes.

The lady with the purple hair that works late nights is so sweet and a great worker. i’ve seen her a couple times and she’s always been happy and nice to talk to. plus ive never been wronged by their breakfast food

this place is awful. I ate a taco there and a lot of people say that their tacos suck and they actually do I literally found hair in the taco. Their normal fries taste like cardboard. Their onion rings are super Soggy And their nuggets are so disgusting I couldn’t even finish them. and the burger I ate there was half undercooked🤮💀. And it’s not worth waiting in line because it literally took one hour. this place is so bad I recommend for you to not try it. This place has a seriously shut down and get rebranded into a Burger King or Carl’s Jr. this place Is automatically 1 star.

I have been in the place multiple times. I do not think their manager has the balls to talk to them about hygiene. Also twice this week someone from my family got food poisoning from them. Happy Thanksgiving here is food poisoning!

I don’t know what’s happening here but it’s gone way downhill, not that it had much of a distance to fall. The food has always been mediocre, and as a doordasher it’s one of my least favorite places to go (I’ve been yelled at twice now for doing what I was told to do the time before). But that’s not the reason for this review…I always get the ultimate breakfast sandwich, and I got one last week. 3 hours later I was showing signs of some sort of food intolerance and was extremely sick. Today, my husband had me stop on the way out of town and he for a breakfast croissant ( I chose not to get anything) and he’s been sick since about -‘ hour after eating it. Can’t even eat Thanksgiving dinner. Since this is the second tome someone in our home has been sick in less than a week after eating the food here, we will not be going back.

Gone way downhill. Your entire appeal in Pullman is you're the only 24 hour game in town. I get it, late night orders, fries, they're not gonna come out piping hot every time, but I don't think I've gotten fries that weren't disgusting and cold here in all of 2025. Burgers aren't much better either.
The night crew there is pretty freaking horrible. Don’t even understand how a corporate company could stay in business with the way they operate

I am actually writing this review as I am still sitting in the lobby waiting for my bonus Jack combo. I’ve been here about 25 minutes. There is literally one other person in the lobby, and when I asked if they knew when my food would be ready, they said that it’s really busy right now.Since I came in here 25 minutes ago, there have been two people order at the counter. Update: I just got my food. The burger was very sloppily put together, but tastes OK. The fries are cold. I wonder how long they’ve been sitting there.

What's the point of ordering ahead of time on the app if they tell you to pull around to the front of the building while they get your order ready?

Sept 6 placed mobile order said pick up at 10:42 arrived 10:36 got to drive thru 2 cars ahead waited almost 15 min. To get to window only to be told to pull up front saw 3 cars go and people leaving store with food so I called 11:55 got a lame excuse and finally 11:18 order arrives but I am missing my curly fries all I ordered was 3 piece FToast platter w/bacon 1- 3 piece FToast no hash browns substitute curly fries guess what I am missing curly fries gal gave me a choc. Cake gonna call again how long for curly fries ??? We'll she ran out oh so sorry forgot curly fries come on people get your act together
