It takes super long for your food but atleast the workers are somewhat nice also they forgot my drink so I went back in to get it and they said I never bought that so probably never going again but the food tasted good they don't give you much napkins either

Waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes and not a single car moved after the first car in line was told there would be a 5 minute wait. Nobody was at the drive thru window or talking over the speaker. I had to go inside to get my food after multiple cars maneuvered out of the line and into the parking lot and it had already been sitting there for a decent amount of time. The only good thing was the drink they gave us. They forgot our fries, forgot almost all of the toppings on all of the sandwiches, and gave us wilted lettuce on all of the sandwiches. As well, the tacos had a weird sour taste, the sweet and sour sauce was rancid, the tiny tacos were overcooked, and the chicken sandwiches tasted like nothing. I am never going back to this god awful establishment.

I never write reviews but I felt the need to with this awful experience. I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Once I ordered I was told to pull around front so they could bring my order out - where I waited for 30 minutes before someone finally came out and gave no apology for the wait time. There were only 3 other cars in the parking lot I assumed belong to staff. I even had the time during my wait to look at all the other bad reviews on this place (I should’ve looked before placing my order) and write my own review. Completely ridiculous.

When I finally got my food I saw the items were missing and my burger looked like somebody punched it. Dry, awful meat. I will not be coming back.

Slowest ā€œfastā€ food restaurant around. Either understaffed or just pain slow. They could care less about the line in the drive thru and take their sweet time with it. (Had the time to do this whole review while waiting in the drive thru line as well.) They simply don’t care.

I swear I'm only ordering in-person and never delivery again. This store ALWAYS forgets items, how is this fair to paying customers to skimp out on the side of an entire meal someone paid for? That's typically what they forget, the side to our meal orders (fries/curly fries). For the rest of my time going here, I will open my orders in front of them, on their counter, so they can see how often they forget significant items. This isn't forgetting tomato on a burger; this a third of my entire order!!

Absolutely horrendous experience, waiting in the lobby with 9 other people for over 30 minutes to get our food, but for some reason there are only 3 people here working, and while we've been waiting 2 other people came in just to chitchat with workers behind the counter and left. Ordered on the mobile app, arrived 10 minutes later like it said, still waited 30 more minutes in lobby.

The delivery order was late. The driver never texted me when it was delivered, so it sat on my porch and got freezing while I was waiting for it to start watching my basketball game, which I missed an extra 1/4 of cause of this. Finally, I ordered soda with NO ICE but all 3 had ice in them.
You guys are better than this!
