everytime I go here the employees are slow the food is slow. its just slow man.
The single worst restaurant I deliver from. Expect excessive wait times with no estimate on when your order will be ready. Waited 20 minutes past pick up time just to have them act, in my opinion, rudely and annoyed when I asked for an estimate on when our shared customer’s food might be ready. This is a consistent theme with this location, always understaffed and running around in a frantic state, but never moving the line.

I had made an online order and when I got there to pick it up, one guy had told me he’d already made that order a while back, but the guy who was supposed to be giving me my order had lost my order so my order was 15 minutes late he was very rude and didn’t compensate me for anything. Plus he didn’t even give us any napkins…

I have previously ordered from this Jack in the Box location and was extremely disappointed with the experience I was given today. I placed a DoorDash order for myself and my girlfriend, but several key items were missing, including the sauces we requested and the curly fries for which I paid extra. Additionally, the cup for my Oreo shake was damaged and leaked whenever I attempted to pick it up. Given the cost of the meal, the numerous issues were unacceptable, and I regret to say that I will not be ordering from this location again.

The woman working the drive thru today was extremely rude! Very snotty and condescending. We got egg rolls and onion rings with our order and you can tell they haven't changed their fryer grease in ages. So gross. We also got no napkins.

I've gone here 2 times so far -- the first time, I got all my food as expected from a delivery, however the driver mentioned that the staff were being unnecessarily rude. The second time, I had a drink that was missing. And both times, it's taken more than 30-40 minutes from ordering to delivery (compared to other fast food places around which take 20-25 usually.) Not too terribly impressed, especially with the first bit.

Slow and rude staff.
We had to haul a horse to WSU vet hospital last night and hadn't eaten anything yesterday and pulled into the parking lot with our horse trailer at 10 pm. The lobby was locked so we attempted to place an order at the window, but the very rude female said she could not take an order from us. We explained we had a truck and horse trailer and had to leave our horse at the vet hospital and couldn't fit our vehicle through the drive through. She was very rude and disrespectful to us. We arrived back home at 1:30 a.m.

Absolutely horrendous service. Literally a problem with Every order, Every time I go here. I order a burger, the give me a chicken sandwich, after making me wait longer, and pull around to the front. Other times, order a burger with only cheese, to get a burger completely stacked with toppings. Absolutely frustrating. Forever done.

Not gonna lie, my chicken tenders and fries were hot and really good!
Definitely better than other jack in the box experiences I’ve had.

Tried to have a nice quick sit down meal with my wife- first thing we hear as we step foot into the door was a loud "You can't bring those in here" (referring to our e-scooters- which had nowhere else to go as there were no racks to lock to). The lady who spoke that spent the whole time we were in the restaurant yelling at both customers in the drive thru, and her coworkers. We spent 15 minutes looking for a place to sit down, but every step we took was met with a lovely squelch of spilt drink, or the drag of our shoe soles sticking to the ground. Every chair, every table, every spot on the floor was covered or crusted with some morass of old food or whatever else the last weeks worth of customers left in their wake. When we got our food we decided just to leave and eat it somewhere else. When we opened our food, it was soggy, and multiple curly black hairs were found all over the food. Truly awful.
