Went in this evening with our three toddlers in tow and had to turn around and leave. They had a great deal where things were half off at a certain time, and apparently it isn’t a thing anymore but it was just a couple weeks ago. As a family of five, it is a rare treat to eat out. With this deal gone and other pizza places prices ridiculously high, this was going to be our spot. But not anymore. They won’t even open up the salad bar due to issues with vendors. It just sits there mockingly, never again to be used.

I'd like to come here with the construction crew. We like the dinner here and had pepperoni and sausage pizza. I thought the pizza tasted good and had good quality. The service was fast and courteous. The price was pretty good and they have a good atmosphere.
What's not to like about pizza! Make sure to order online to save money!

The one lady was very unfriendly. Then we asked to get 2 beverages to go and she brought regular glass, so we asked if those were to go, she grabbed the glass and took for ever to bring them back and she gives us 2 small cups then just set them down and walked off. The other person working was very dirty and unkempt. Won't go back

They rarely cut their pizzas all the way through. One that I got this time I could pick up the whole pie and did just to get pictures. The other pizza was partially cut but neither of them had uniform slice sizes. Still tasty, but annoyed the slices ripped pulling them apart.

Not the same pizza hut. No atmosphere just setup for pickup/delivery. Discontinued salad bar made Pizza Hut the pizza joint to eat at. Pizza was just ok. Never enough toppings. Will continue with Sellas. Sorry

We came during move-in weekend for WSU. My wife and I wanted to have pizza, and we dined in. We got a medium pizza and wings, and both were really good. The lady who waited on us was really helpful. We were a tiny bit bummed that they took salad off the menu. But they said they couldn't find a vendor up to their standards, so I don't blame them at all. I will definitely come back when we visit our son at the university!

This was one of my best experiences at pizza hut in the last two decades in Pullman! My server’s name was Mia and she was absolutely fantastic, this was probably around 4th of July, or maybe the day of now that I recall… EVERY place should have servers like her, friendly, funny, and quick in her work. The food was good too and it wasn’t too busy in there! 5/5

Had a wonderful time coming here the other day!! A server I believe her name was “Miya” (i don’t know the exact spelling!) was absolutely phenomenal! She helped me find the right deal and also assisted me with getting drink refills multiple times. Would recommend anyone to order here! Great food, amazing service, and nice seating!
They've removed their salad bar, so now I can't eat anything on the menu. My family used to enjoy going there. Too bad we can't anymore.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend! This was by far the worst place I've ever ordered pizza from. The server, whose name was Trinity, was extremely rude. She nearly threw the receipt at me just because I ordered five pizzas shortly after the place opened. Apparently, she was upset about handling the order alone that morning—but that's not the customer's fault. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place as well.

Got delivery. No sause on the pizza. Kind of weird considering it's bullet point #2 on building a pizza. To be fair they did send another but still no sauce (or so little it must be worth the price of gold). Lesson learned with pizza hut. Never again

I had a carryout recently and was shocked to see only one employee working there: from cashier's work to baking and stuff. And due to that, the food was not the same as the last time.
