Ordered a bento box for lunch.
Pros: Very generous portion — almost couldn’t finish it.
Cons: The chicken katsu was not done well: too dry and not crispy.
Service was friendly and attentive, which is a plus.
Overall decent value, but the katsu could be improved.

Was really looking forward to the cinnamon rolls, but they were out. Ordered pie instead, and they were out! Kind of disappointed.

It can be more on the higher end price wise, but good food. I don't like the automatic gratuity of 18% if there are more than 6 people in your party.

My food was delicious and hot! However my 2 companions were served cold food, the rice was even cold in the middle, they didn't even eat because it was so cold! Great flavor would have been better if it was even lukewarm!

Six years after visiting the first time and leaving three stars. Super expensive for very little food. The nagiri and roll was really small. Spent $32 for them and walked out hungry. No soup or salad offered. No silverware brought to table. My husband had cashew chicken, so wanted a fork. She didn't bring rice either. No soy sauce or mixing plate delivered for sushi. When we asked for all the things she forgot or scrimped on, all she delivered was attitude. No apologies. Outrageous price for no service and half the food they used to serve. They think it's okay to gouge customers and cut corners at every turn. Never again.

To preface, I do come from a part of the state with great sushi options, so I have high expectations for sushi. Their sushi isn't great quality, and one time I ordered tofu teriyaki and they gave me chicken teriyaki, even though the receipt said tofu teriyaki. With some staff who are more aware and some better quality sushi, they could get bumped up, but that's why I only give them 2/5.
Excellent food, just don't order the saki heated, they charge $5 for heating it.

Great customer service!
They gave me soup to eat while I wait! For my Togo order
Sushi rolls on point. Ruby roll great. Dragon Roll superb. Salmon Nigiri just delightful. Bento with eel and Nigiri was divine. This joint was recommended by a student. We are glad she did. A taste experience.

Was in Pullman for the day and wanted something before hitting the road. I can say the Mongolian beef and the gyoza here are phenomenal, especially the textures. The meat even had a little bit of a spicy kick to it, which was very enjoyable.
You get better food and service from the safeway/rosauers sushi counter.
Terrible Sushi! Maybe it’s just the sushi that they are clueless about, not sure as we did not have anything else. It was the worst sushi i have ever had. Fish was grim, rice was not sticky rice, ginger was old, no wasabi on some dishes, a tiny spot on others. There must be another, better place for sushi in this town.
Terrible customer service. They need to get their information correct before they accuse people of things. I will never go back.
