I had the steak hibachi the flavors were impeccable. the golden Seattle sushi was also delicious. But my favorite part now is the mushroom soup that came with the entree. I think I'll make that alone my new diet meal 😋 see ya soon!

Shiki Sushi Bar & Japanese Grill is a restaurant in Pullman offering Japanese cuisine. The food is described as divine, perfectly balanced and flavorful, and very filling for the price. The sweet drinks and savory broth contrast each other in a beautiful way. The baked mussels, volcano and cowboy rolls were called AMAZING, with fresh ingredients, good selection, fair prices and excellent service. The huge menu includes boba milk teas that can be tweaked based on preferences, spicy edamame, avocado bomb, cucumber roll, green peace, Godzilla roll, vegan ramen, Mochi and shaved ice, with the green tea flavored shaved ice with lychee jelly added called marvelous. Everything ordered was awesome in taste, very tasty and very well presented. One problem arose when fish cakes were put in the ramen despite ensuring the ramen and broth were vegetarian. The place has good and tasteful decor and friendly service. A birthday freebie and a great night were mentioned. Pullman got some serious Japanese cuisine to boast about, and it is nice to finally have something decent for seafood around here.
