This place is hit or miss, it can be really good or really bad. I’ve had some bad experiences with employees and my food made wrong on multiple occasions. But, today I paid 95 cents for a side of sour cream and there was barely anything in the cup.

This place is good but kinda disappointed this did used to be a Burger King and they got rid of it ( • _ • ). The Tacos are better than Jacks Tacos. The cinnamon twist are okay and the Baja blast is fire. Therefore this place is 3 stars although I miss the old Burger King.

I order from here frequently and have also eaten in the restaurant and the food is fantastic every time. Hands down the best and most consistent taco bell I have ever been to. Today they really outdid themselves with the cheesiest, most delicious crispy potato soft taco I have ever had. Love you guys.

I ate here once it was 2015. I ordered tacos they were good. I like the meat on the tacos it tasted great. The service was fast and friendly. The price was reasonable. It had a very corporate feel to it its hard to explain kinda like everything is setup a certain way Americans want.

Yesterday i bought doritos locos tocos, after waiting for a long time in the drive through, they messed up my order. I was ordering without lettuce and with sour cream. But they gave me lettuce and no sour cream ( that i paid extra). Which is upsetting because that’s my only lunch and after that i gotta work.

Took well over an hour for my order to arrive through the mobile app and when i called and asked why my food was called they told me they made food as dashers were showing up and just tried to blame the driver. As i clearly saw him waiting for over an hour for my food. My dasher still got here in 10 minutes from leaving the store and had other stops, thats plenty of time for food to still be hot enough to eat. There goes a waste of money, people should not work at a fast food place if they know its open till 4. Would never recommend ordering or even going in, the people are just plain rude and dont care about human decency

Long wait times every single night, its almost like the employees just give up past 10 pm.

DoorDash Taco Bell and got an empty cup instead of my drink. Working at that location for a year and a half, I know that isn’t something mistakable lol. Called to let them know their window person is giving out cups and Ethan immediately hung up on me. Yikes guys
