DoorDash Taco Bell and got an empty cup instead of my drink. Working at that location for a year and a half, I know that isn’t something mistakable lol. Called to let them know their window person is giving out cups and Ethan immediately hung up on me. Yikes guys

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I order food on the mobile app and it still took 25 minutes in the drive thru (which was not that busy btw). They left us hanging with absolutely zero communication. Terrible customer service
