The Black Cypress Reviews
Wonderful in every way! Cocktails, atmosphere, staff, and food!
One of the absolute best restaurants in all of Eastern WA. Treat yourself! The food is world class as the service staff is very well trained and accommodating. Just a fantastic experience from the minute you arrive until you leave.
Servers were attentive, accommodating and friendly. Food options were really good, vegetarian options were both interesting and delicious. Dining room was a little loud due to number of people but the ambient restaurant noise was very nice. Recommended if you want an dinner to impress, or just want good food for a diverse crowd.

The Black Cypress in Pullman, WA, is an upscale Italian restaurant with a charming and friendly atmosphere. The menu features a mix of Italian and Greek dishes, with fresh and tasty starters like the beet salad and Dolmades. The Carbonara and Pomodoro with meatballs are popular main courses, and the 32 oz Ribeye special is considered one of the best steaks by many diners. The restaurant is known for its attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff, who provide excellent service. While the prices are a bit higher than nearby places, they are fair for the quality of the food and experience. The cheese plate, Caesar salad, and brownie dessert are highly recommended. The Black Cypress Dips are a popular appetizer, and the recoco mocktail is a nice non-alcoholic option. Overall, the Black Cypress offers a friendly and charming atmosphere with great food, and reservations are advised, especially during busy periods.
