“Smaller place, and little more expensive than I would think. A single small bowl was $15. All fresh fruit, and prepared there, which helps with the price.
Parking is pretty easy, ordering is easy too.
Staff is friendly but not too interactive.

“We went into this location with a large group of people on a day we were doing a scavenger hunt in downtown tacoma. All of our drinks tasted great and the store was very clean. Probably one of the biggest Emerald City buildings I have been in, there was enough space to sit/stand around and wait for the rest of our group to get their drinks. The only thing I would comment on is that there was only 1 person making drinks and she seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a new lady that was taking care of the check out and no one to help her since there was only 2 of them there and the other person was making the drinks, I would recommend someone to be there to train the new person since the person making the drinks didnt have time.... it took a long time to check out.“

“I work all around the PNW and enjoy Emerald City Soothies. I visit this location the most and have had great customer service. Although each shop has a similar menu, each person makes it different. I like the Macha Green Tea a lot but wanted it sweeter. They recomended adding banana which worked perfect for me! Now, no matter what store I go into I now ask for banana with this particular drink. I noticed the negative reviews and just couldn't believe what I was reading on some of the comments. I wanted to fix my Macha but know that this establishment is no charity. They helped me fix my issue when I came back to get another drink. They are much appreciated for their genuine effort to help. Great customer service!!!“
