I'm currently sitting the drive thur very unhappy with the customer service. I had a coupon for 3 classic roast beef sandwiches for $5.79. I told the guy I wanted 15 and I had a coupon. The manager came to the window and she was very rude to begin with. I handed her the coupon and she said this is for the classic roast beef. I said I know that's what I ordered. How can you run out of brisket??? So shocked!! So I decided on the buffalo chicken sandwich...they slathered so much buffalo & ranch sauce that the bun fell apart. I'm going to have to get a knife & fork to eat this. And thanks for the 1 napkin you gave me so I can wipe all this sauce off my fingers and clothes! You guys rock!
