I ordered on the app and when I asked for my order the employee gave someone else my order and then gave it to me. When I talked to the manager S. and I showed her the seal being broken etc… she rolled her eyes at me and said that’s it. She should have remade my order knowing that it was given to another customer and rewrapped wrong that it fell out. Totally unprofessional and wondering what the health department would think of this. Should have remade since another customer touched my sandwich but of coarse S rolled her eyes at me and said “That’s it” my concern. Ugh. Not coming back to this location again and will be a while till I go back to any Arby’s “establishment”

Best mozz sticks on the go, staff adore the kids that come in. Inside is never too busy, drive thru can be packed but they move fast in the kitchen. They deserve an update to the seating area floors.

Ordered the fish sandwich. Not only did it have a fishy smell and taste but an hr later it gave me stomach pains and spent time in the restroom. The girl at the window was very rude.
