Update! Decided to give them another chance. Great experience today. Friendly and efficient staff. Greeted with smiles as we came in. Same crew we hear just working different positions- thank god. Not being sexist but the female staff greeting is 200% better than last weeks experience. All of the supplies were stocked and the soft drink machine worked as it should. Staff are SO nice and friendly. The dining area is also gorgeous, so glad it hasn't been remodeled to the new ugly style modern stuff that most places have. And my frosty was delicious.
