Normally I rate the food a five because I’ve never had anything bad there until this visit.
I received a coupon to try something new and it was almost meatless. Plenty of melted cheese and a pasty tiny meat pieces.
Also the coupon was not accepted at this Arby’s due to contract with gas station.
I understand that.
I’ll try this again when we get to our local Arby’s just to see if it is normally a disappointment in taste,texture, and...

It's OK if they give you the right sandwich. I included a photo of the tomato they put on my gyro. If this is the only quality of tomato's you can buy (which I find hard to believe) don't put them on sandwiches. Yeah you have the meat, but sure as he'll don't have, or care about, the tomatoes.

Staff was nice and seemed to be working well together. Overheard a few conversations with other guests that made me a little weirded out, a male employee referring to patrons as "females".The dining room has ample seating and well laid out but it always seems to be dirty and smells faintly of mildew.
