The staff was friendly, and there was a good variety of food to choose from. I ordered a medium-well filet mignon, but it arrived very rare. The waiter politely took it back to be cooked longer, but it took quite a while to return, and it was then cooked well-done and very tough, so I didn't eat much of it. When the waiter asked how everything was, I explained what had happened. Without my asking, he kindly removed the dish from our bill and apologized, which I appreciated....

Great food, bread was different then last visit at a different Black Angus, Surprisingly staff was polite, however never asked if we wanted water, or even brought water or extra napkins. Perhaps because we ordered drinks they assumed . Excellent food!!, outweighs the lack of water and napkins. They ran out of their usual bread, and brought a dry roll. They could of gave us a discount or a free drink because of this unfortunate lack of bread.

We were seated immediately on arrival and check in. Very disappointing when our bread arrived an it was a small piece of French bread and not the usual delicious molasses bread we usually are served to enjoy. No water was served. Now they are using paper napkins instead of the nice cloth ones. We ordered decaf coffee and they were out. The busser came by our table and asked if we were finished with our wine glasses as they needed them in the bar. Food was good, but not the great...
