“I have an egg and dairy allergy, there are a lot of places that can be careless when it comes to food allergies but not this place. They were very attentive to my dietary needs and very kind about it. They checked in with me regularly while making the burger to ensure that they were making it right which I very much appreciate. I would also like to note that I have been here a couple times now and their food has not disappointed, very tasty and my friends all agree.“

“These burgers are the real deal. Perfect thickness of patties, well cooked, good buns. Fries are just about perfect too. Only taking a star off because A) their shakes are mediocre at best B) they only have Pepsi, no coke and C) their ketchup tasted cheap and sugary.“

“I was super excited to discover that Bob's has the ability to serve me a gluten free burger and fries (dedicated fryer). I was totally safe and had no issues afterwards. One of the cooks has Celiac so I felt especially safe. Definitely will go back!

“Black Angus always has a great experience: good food at fair prices and great deals. This was a special dinner with 3 bourbon-based drinks and curated meals to go with each drink. Worth every cent: the drinks were wonderful and the meals were excellent and very high quality. Definitely would recommend in the future.“

“The To-Go staff member named Andrea (on 5/18/25) was absolutely incredible. I was not paying attention and accidentally ordered a salad to go containing an allergen of mine. When I got home and realized, I called and asked for a remake. They were so incredibly kind and remade it for free! I came and picked it up and it was perfect. Thank you to Andrea and the team for being so polite, uplifting, and understanding of my mistake and working to fix it.“

“Stopped in for lunch with my daughter. We had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. Entrée choice was Chicken Wonton Tacos and Quesadilla Chicken Salad minus the chicken. I also tried the Passionfruit MaiTai, and my daughter had the Rockin Poppin Shirley ( Shirley Temple with pop rocks). The service was friendly and quick. The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back.“

To think that for all of these years I've driven past the restaurant but never visited until just the other day. The vibe/ambiance is perfect between being casual yet classy/fancy at the same time - it was a great date night spot for my husband and I.. We even dressed up a little and did not feel overdressed! The drinks, appetizers, and meal were all so tasty and very well displayed on the plate! Both our server and the cook were very accomodating to my dietary restrications and made the perfect meal per my requests. We will definitely be returning!!! Check it out!“

“I went there tonight with a friend and had a Reeses Blizzard. The manager was very friendly and respectful to me and he has a great team working for him. They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. “The guy at the counter was friendly, we had an interesting conversation. This was my first visit, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the positive vibes from the staff. The burger i ordered was perfect, the patty tasted like real meat instead of filler, fresh vegetables, assembled with care rather than just thrown together. I don't know how they made the fries, but they were so addictive... I ate them all, whereas I usually throw away at least half at other restaurants. Overall, an awesome experience, I will definitely be returning!“

“I'm addicted to the Santa Barbara Char and my husband can't get enough of the Ahi Tuna burger.The sides are soooo yummy.Love the spicy yellow sauce that is kept in the fridge.Just one issue, Generally speaking (not specific to one restaurant) I find that there is room for improvement where cleaning of the juice and condiments area is concerned. Can be dusty at times.“

The gentleman sitting down with the lady assisted a young girl with the soda machine, showing her a fun interaction installed in it to assist young children who can't reach. And the gentleman standing up has an amazing attitude with a big smile on his face when he serves you.“

Food and pricing has actually improved from the past.
We have our order wrong quite a few times I now believe it's because the music is so loud the server can't hear you very well.
Laura and Kenneth were shift managers.
Music helps the atmosphere I know but it's LOUD club music like were at a night club where people dance or something.
Kinda irritating.
It's about $80 for us to eat there.
Good food when the order is correct.
I recommend going there but I might ask the manager to take the cheesy music down a few decimals so I can talk with the family or communicate a correct order with the server.“

“Our first time here, customer service Amber so nice and very helpful loved her energy and always smiling, very welcoming. Food was on point and very fast service and we didnt even wait that long for our food especially if you have kids (toddlers) and you don't want them throwing tantrums while waiting for the food. “While probably not the best choice as far as health goes- I do really like ordering on the mobile app and then picking up at the window. Much easier to order and faster thru the line. I have a loud (ish) car and it doesn't like the drive through much. Side pipes are murder for those you know.“

“First off… I am NOT here to review the typical menu… I am here JUST for the Donatoes Pizza… which is the BEST Cincinnati pizza start up! I grew up on this stuff… moved to Michigan for 12 years, without it… then move to the PNW, and BAM! There’s Donatoes! And it’s EVERYWHERE!!!

Best pizza to eat is “THE WORKS!” And get a 14”… you will WANT LEFTOVERS!!! 🙂‍↕️

Super fast and friendly staff! I was in and out in 20-25 minutes, with a full Donatoes pie!
