Drive through order: My French fries were Lukewarm and they didn’t provide a straw for my drink, even though as they were handing me my bag they said your straws in the bag. My chicken sandwich was good.

We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat.
When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for...
I have been to this location serval times, every time I order through the app to avoid confusion. I order extra onions and keep getting my burger with no onions. It's as if they they just look at the words and just assume i meant no onions instead of extra.
