Don't drink the water! Unsure if it was the water or the dishes not rinsed properly, but strong chemical taste. Bar food, restaurant prices. Dirty booth. Friendly, prompt service

Reasonably good burgers that taste like they're actually made in store, which is a bit of a surprise nowadays. The atmosphere is a bit rowdy but it's relaxed enough. Service was fine enough, nothing extraordinary. Definitely worth it if though you need a good burger.

Pay with cash, do not use a card. After I got home from eating dinner here, it appeared my card was charged twice. I went back to get a refund and the girl explained to me the first transaction hadnt worked and they had to run it again. Weird since both $43 charges were processing equally at my bank BUT I'd give it the benefit of the doubt.

That problem is not the reasoning behind my review. The lady I approached at the bar knew who I was instantly. I told her I had been charged twice, she didnt ask for my name, my receipt, my card, NOTHING just instantly said it hadnt gone through the first time and it would drop off. OK that tells me you knew it had happened when I was there eating and they should have told me then, not wait for me to get home then waste gas to drive all the way back. They could have explained it at the time, not hope I wouldn't notice. Now I'm waiting on the money to go back in and its a weekend so who knows how long, it overdrew my account and I cant get gas now. Thanks. Staff need to be upfront when things go wrong, not hope the customer doesnt notice.

The bartenders were awesome. Really good atmosphere, fun environment opening day. The mirrors was a blast new in town by far my new favorite bar. Thank you! I'll be coming back for sure. You have an amazing happy hour as well. I want to partake in.

Be cautious playing pull tabs here. My replay money disappeared when handed in with tabs. Would love to see the video footage of where it went.

Horrible customer service and they don’t follow standard rules for pull tabs. Pool tables are crap and cost a dollar to use the chopped balls. My burger wasn’t bad and there are a few really sweet girls working there but management and ownership are going to be the downfall of this new location. It’s only a matter of time before people cycle through there and decide it’s not worth it.

Makes sense why the place barely had any one in it on a Saturday night. The food took absolutely forever. My family and I were sitting for 45 minutes to get our food. It would have made sense if the serving sizes were large but they defanitely are not. The biggest thing we ordered was a salad that they just tossed together on a plate. The side of fries is laughable at best. Barely a handful of fries to the plate. Honestly turned out pretty rough. The wait staff lady was decent but outside of that was just a really lame experience topped with sub par food. Will not be coming back again.

Stopped in at Cheers Bar & Grill for a drink. This was my first visit to Cheers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The atmosphere was a little loud, however every screen with a sporting event will do that. There was not much for decor or theme aside from the TV screens. Service was very slow and honestly not very good. I didn't try any food items this time but I may try another visit to see if this was an isolated experience.

Went in today used to frequent th location at its old spot quit often
..I came in around 1pm place pretty much empty that should of been a warning....got great service from the bartender very friendly and knowledgeable...fries were not that tasty but I am a 50 year man with different tastes then when I was in my 30s .

This place has no business being in the restaurant bar business. Horrible service, under staffed, not customer friendly, needs better training and management. Never coming back to this nightmare of a business and advising all my friends and family to go to the Loose Wheel. Take a lesson Cheers..

What happened to the Cheer's work staff in Puyallup in the kitchen especially, 1 cook and a trainee??? On the biggest sports night this past Saturday Seahawks evening? Ordered food at halftime. Canceled it after the game ended. Ordered drinks 3rd quarter. Canceled it at the end too. Never coming back here....bad management.

we came in ordered drinks. Service was real slow. Took dinner orders, came back 45 minutes later to tell us they didn’t have the ingredients to make our food after already being there for an hour and 10 minutes. Overall horrible experience.
