Cindy catered an event I attended today. We had a taco bar with large containers of multiple fillings. You could make tacos, nachos, or a taco salad. Everything was fresh and the meat wasn’t dry or greasy at all. There was plenty for everyone, over 100 people, without having to skimp. I would definitely have her cater if I have an event!
