We hate coming in before closing, but our toddler and my wife were hungry. Instead of getting the typical snobby, mean people during closing time at a drive thru.. Kyra was so uplifting, even at the end of the shift and all smiles. What a bright, young woman! Keep her and give her a raise 🙌🏻

Also the fries are always on point. The new fruity pebbles was TO DIE FOR!!

Going into the lobby was a bit faster than going through the drive thru, the whole crew looked and acted like a very well oiled machine. We didn't have to wait a super long time for our order to be finished and the cashier gal was polite and hasty.

The service here is always great, but the last three visits were disappointing. My cheese curds were frozen in the middle, so I had to return. They fixed the issue and even gave me a larger size for free.

On the other hand, the last two times I ordered a cone, the ice cream “dairy dessert” was not up to par. It was frozen to a thinner consistency, just like a cone from McDonald’s. I’m a big fan of the thick, icy cold cone from DQ, so I hope you can check...
