Came through with my 2 roomates a little after 1:30 today, no one in line and Sevannah (her name was an the receipt) appeared to be the only one working. She purposely overfilled all 3 of our drinks so we all had to sip the excess off the top while putting the straw in so it didn’t spill all over us. She asked if we wanted whole milk on the Area 51 we ordered, and I asked for oat milk. My roommate who ordered it is lactose intolerant and didn’t realize until after she drank the whole thing that it was still whole milk even after she had asked us and I said oat milk. She literally took the last drink of it, looked at me and said, “that’s not oat milk” and if you have had an oat milk drink before, you know there’s a clear taste difference, but she had hoped she was wrong. Now she is having a flare up while at work. All 3 of us have worked and currently worked in customer service, and we were very nice, respectful, and tipped, which she did not see until after she gave us our drinks. She appeared to be nice, even chatting about one of my fave flavors being discontinued, which was no big deal and I didn’t make a fuss about it, just chose another drink. Really not sure why she decided to do this, but we will not be going back to gravity ever again.
