Everytime I visit it seems like everyone is depressed and monotoned, at least late night/over night as that is when I visit the most. No enthusiasm, monotoned with a hint of attitude. Although they do get the line moving pretty quick compatible to other stores in the area, I would much rather deal with long wait times for the genuine customer service experience! Usually it's been a long day for me as well, but more negativity and feeding into the poor emotions isnt going to help anyone. Smile, have enthusiasm and connect with your customers! Especially with the increasing prices (I can get a meal from a restaurant for the price of one of yours)?! Pros: Food is WONDERFUL and almost always fresh and the fast drive-thru line!
Cons: customer service needs improvement for evening/grave shift.

It is 823 and you’re lobby is supposed to be open at six so that delivery drivers can come and grab their orders and I had to sit in a long drive-through line because your lobby is closed for no obvious reason. This literally took money out of my pocket and every time Jack in the box does this they take money out of many people’s pockets. Your business Has steadily been falling apart since before Covid get it together

I accidentally placed an order at this location in the am, and quickly realized it was the wrong location. And tried to cancel right away but I couldn’t. I called all morning, for hours and no answer. Calls being sent to voicemail . I left a message and continue to call. I need a refund because I did not pick up the order and they couldn’t answer the phone. I’m wondering if this location is shut down. ? If so they shouldn’t allow people to place orders online and waste their money.

The heat does not work in the dining area.
They are using an illegal space heater that is not sufficient to heat, and I don't believe meets code!

When I pulled up, I could actually hear one of your employees (she seemed to be the manager) yelling in Spanish at the other staff members — and it was loud enough that I could hear it all the way from the drive-thru window. It was very uncomfortable and highly unprofessional

Ordered online around 2am. Expected to have to wait to be prepared but the gentleman serviced me immediately. 10/10 recommend for a late night stop!!!!

Jack in the Box at 10:30 pm on Tuesday 5/16 it was seriously so amazing, it looked like it had been prepared from a sit down restaurant. It tasted so juicy and delicious it was perfect. Please try the burger with the hash brown in it and patty, and the grilled chicken sandwich…it had been cooked to perfection! I was so happy with this.
