The man who runs this place is the most passionate and wonderful fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. Jack in the Box food is ok, but he takes pride in his restaurant and is wonderful to customers. Long may he rule the Canyon Road Jack in the Box.

I ended up buying curly fries when I wasn't even given a choice. Other than that, everything was good. However, they are a little more expensive. And... they don't have ice-cream cones.
January 2026
Since the reorganization each location is hit or miss; some get it right, while the next one burns the patties, or the fries are stale. If you know of a location that gets your food correct most of the time stick with it.
