The staff is always nice and accommodating. There was a mixup with an order I placed and the lady working up front assisted me promptly even though it was towards the end of the night. Staff is also great with doing my gluten free orders.

I come to this Jersey Mike’s all the time since I work nearby, and they’re always great. I usually order through the app, and my food is always ready when I get there. Everyone is super friendly, and today’s experience was especially awesome. Andrew took the time to help me track down a receipt I had lost, and I really appreciated him going the extra mile to help. Thanks again!

I couldn't love this staff more than I do.

They're always on point. Polite. Efficient. Never messed up an order. Patient. Will do it your way and even fix what someone else screws up.

This is the BEST Jersey Mike's between Tacoma and Bellevue and I will die on that hill.
