I love the chicken here . I tried the chicken and waffles today, while my friend tried the classic chicken sandwich. The food was fresh and we had fast service. The location was very nice. I highly recommend this location.

Gianna the lead shift manager helped me out I'm a senior citizen and I couldn't figure out the online order process so I drove to the drive thru and this little angel went above and beyond to help me out, I only wish that their were more Giannas in the world kfc definitely have a jewel when they hire her thank Gianna your the best.... you'll go far in life young lady best wishes from a senior that thinks you are amazing

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Our cashier GIANNA completely messed up our order and costed us up to $40+ not only did we not ask for combos, she didn’t even give me the right type of chicken (I asked for tenders got fried chicken), she gave us random sides, the mikes hot honey had 0 sauce, and the chicken was not extra crispy….it was more EXTRA GREASY. Don’t go here. Go to Bonney lake. AND FOR GIANNA, NO NEED TO BE RUDE ur negative energy is infecting the whole street🤢

Just wanted to warn people, if you order for pickup check to make sure you got all your food. I got a dunk it bucket and didn't have a single piece of chicken tenders in it.

Double dunk meal missing stuff. Looked forward to trying it, wife picked it up didn't know was missing dip cup and all sauces. Meal is kinda a joke when it's not complete and half assed and doesn't have everything that the receipt says it should have. Kinda hard to get that corrected when you work odd hours and kfc is closed for the night.

Jenny & the staff were lovingly kind and welcoming. As far as customer service goes, our visit was exceedingly pleasant. The restaurant itself was also comfy, tidy, & neat, perfect for family dinner together.

Missing Items and Absolutely Awful App Experience - Avoid This KFC!

To Whom It May Concern (though I doubt anyone at this particular KFC cares),

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order placed through your abysmal excuse for an app. Not only did I not receive my full order, but the entire process was riddled with frustration and a complete lack of customer service.
Let's start with the app. Navigating it felt like stepping back into the dial-up era. It's hard to understand and confusing while ordering a large mashed potato
Trying to customize my order was a nightmare, and the layout was far from intuitive.
After finally managing to place my order (a feat in itself), I arrived at the KFC with some semblance of hope that at least the food would be correct. I was sorely mistaken. Upon arriving home, I discovered that they didn't give me no gravy! They also didn't put sauce on my chicken burger
This isn't just a minor inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for paying customers. I paid for a specific order, and you failed to deliver it.
To add insult to injury, there was absolutely no way to easily rectify this through the app.
I went to the online customer service and that was a horrible experience itself. I waited a whole hour before getting someone to actually talk to me. I waited to be transfered to someone just for them to answer and then hang up the call within a minute of me not responding. Then I waited 45 more minutes to get connected to someone else.
It seems KFC would rather bury their heads in the sand than actually deal with customer issues stemming from their faulty technology.
So, thanks to your terrible app and your inability to fulfill a simple order, my dinner was incomplete and thoroughly disappointing. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth that goes far beyond the flavor of your (often questionable) chicken.
Consider this a strong warning to anyone thinking of ordering from KFC, especially through their app. You're better off going somewhere that values accuracy and provides a decent customer experience. I certainly won't be making that mistake again.

This place has officially lost my business they can't get orders, correct missing items, u go back, and get called a lier u try and open bag in front of them to make sure they act as if it's insulting what's insulting is placing an order online and go and picking up order just to have to go back and fight to get missing items which ur called a lier
