Hot garbage. Charged extra for a side instead of putting in the combo like i asked. Used burnt grease to cook the chicken. Chicken was dry and the sides were only two spoon fulls, drive through worker was rude. Didnt get the sauce we asked for. Worst chicken i have ever had. Tossed everything in the garbage.

Worse kfc ever i would never go back food was all messed up and broken container as of they dropped it every container was half full and chicken was dry and biscuits were hard as a rock paid $60 for everything

Added small mash potatoes and gravy to our meal and the container of mash potatoes was less than half full. Didn't get a receipt so we could do a survey. Took a picture of the container, but I don't have an option to add it to review.

Just went in and ordered the 12 piece meal and order half extra crispy and half regular recipe...it was all regular recipe which isn't a huge deal but my coleslaw was frozen the was no butter or honey for the biscuits. It's just really disappointing that I paid 50$ for chicken I don't like (regular) and probably won't eat now. Ughhh! I would take it back but I live to far to drive it back. Do better KFC!!!

I'm glad I ordered and called to get butter and honey added to our meal and they made sure to! And we actually got our extra crispy dark meat only!! ? A+ work guys thank you!!!!

My wife and I called the store 8 times to inform them about it but they never answered. We have call records to prove it as well. We never once had an incident with KFC, this will definitely be our last.

Got a famous bowl and a chick strip meal, not only did it cost me 25 freakin dollars but the chicken was rock hard, the potatoes looked like someone had gotten to them first. Not happy at all and definitely will not be returning to this location.
This is just the worstKFC I have ever stopped at. Drive thru took forever with only one car in front of me. I spent $20 on a 5 PC chicken strip meal and turns out I couldn't eat even one single chicken strip. Every strip was completely dried out and leathery, even my hisband couldn't bite thru it! You couldn't even break them up with your fingers. Terrible, disgusting.
