The food was tasty and the chicken was cooked just right, but the service could definitely use some improvement. I found the staff a bit rushed and they missed my order for extra biscuits. Overall, a decent experience, just needs smoother service.

Just stopped by here, Saturday, February 22 at about 1:30 PM. Just wanted to say the staff was very pleasant. They seem like they were having a good time at work. They were extremely polite and fun, just a good overall atmosphere in that store. Usually, it’s not that way at any fast food restaurant

After a horrible customer service at the Wendy's across the road we came to taco bell and had the best interaction with the cashier Shea . The kids told her about our horrible experience and she did an amazing job at making the kids feel good about the experience and was the supreme example of good customer service. She made the kids night they felt heard and cared about.
