After a horrible customer service at the Wendy's across the road we came to taco bell and had the best interaction with the cashier Shea . The kids told her about our horrible experience and she did an amazing job at making the kids feel good about the experience and was the supreme example of good customer service. She made the kids night they felt heard and cared about.

These guys mess up the orders a few times. Always get a receipt and check your order before you leave. If you get home without checking your order or receipt they will make it up to you but it's a hassle to have to go back. They're always friendly!

Customer service was great and although I asked for a lot of things, they never gave attitude and took good care of my families order especially Robert and his team! Very professional.
