My wife and her friend went here today. They ordered 2 meals and wanted to share them with their kids as well. They ordered ToGo and when my wife asked if she could get some spare plates the lady had an attitude about it. She then told my wife "You ordered ToGo so go" and motioned her to get out of the restaurant. Now I don't ever really give negative reviews and my Korean Mom has owned a Teriyaki restaurant in the past so I know how it is. But we will never go here again as this is the 2nd bad experience between us and our friends have had here. It seems like the attitude of this lady is a known issue here as other reviewers noted.

Just walked in to order some food and asked a simple question about the menu and was greeted with attitude and a grimace on her face. At that point, I knew something was going to happen to my food if I ordered from there. Definitely will not come here again and make sure everyone from my company doesn't as well...

Called about getting extra of something cuz doordash didn't have the option, they lady who answered the phone told me to call doordash and hung up. How rude! Like seriously!

tldr they are hella rude, messed up my order, charged me too much, and took my receipt away.
We called in to order chicken teriyaki with white rice. When I arrived to pick it up, the cashier argued for a VERY long time saying the order was for fried rice.
After getting tired of arguing, I gave in and accepted the fried rice. Then I noticed the bill was excessively high and didn't match the posted menu prices. She charged me $4 for selecting fried rice. She could not identify the fee anywhere on the menu, and would not fix this. She also took away the itemized receipt.

I am going to agree with other reviews on this one and say the owner is rude !! They don’t speak good English here and will get mad at you when THEY mess up the order. Learn English better if you’re going to run a business in America , have some respect for your paying customers. I don’t care if you’re old and foreign. Learn better , not coming back I will be trying WOK teriyaki on river road 1 mile away from this place
Very bad, terrible service, I was lined up there for more than 10 minutes with four other people who were behind me, there was more than 30 minutes left to close and the lady no longer wanted to serve us, which the other customer told her if she had been waiting for nothing, I think It was rude on the part of this business and the lady who was serving
