After moving nearby this became my go-to location. Over the last 5 months they have never once, not a single time, had my order ready within 15 minutes. Walk in or drive thru doesn't matter, I still have to wait even after watching literally nobody else having to wait. They've offered menu items I have zero interest in as recompense for the wait which was extremely insulting. They then gave me a card for a free sandwich that they still charged me for when I went to redeem I'd ironically taking longer than the long wait that got ke the card to start with. It's pathetic honestly.
I avoid this McDonalds. I consistently get the wrong food in my order and the quality of food comparatively to other McDonalds is bad. Take the time and drive to the next closest

Didn't go inside because they were doing a remodel inside. Went through the drive-thru. Amazing view of Mt. Rainer through the drive-thru. The food was hot and fresh. Parking and the lot in general are tight, not for an RV.

Ordered 4 happy meals they gave them to me open and all 4 of them were missing French fries don't know how you forget that I shouldn't have to look through everything to make sure you are giving me what I paid for.
Just average mcdonalds. Used to be the best in town once it opened. guessing the cleaning of grills ect stopped being so excessive.

Downtown puyallup: Stood at the kiosk for 15 mins not knowing how to do it because it said everything was not available
Finally went to counter and waited for another 5 mins to get someone's attention Was ignored by 3 employees. Poor customer service. We asked about why everything on the kiosk board was not available. Just to be told that all their drinks were out because of a water pipe bursting. They should have put a sign on the kiosk stating drinks were not available I will never will step foot in that place again. Rude employees. No help
Went to burger King instead, "Were we got courtesy help and the food was alot better

This is the slowest McDonald’s in ALL of the McDonald’s consistently. I avoid this one at all costs and will drive to a different one just because the amount of time it takes to get through the drive through every time. Food is the same as the others but I just don’t get why it always takes double sometimes triple the time just to get through the drive through in my 20 years of living in puyallup.
