Very good food, great service. Although they were understaffed and had a full lobby during dinner time rush, The staff was calm and very helpful. Didn't show any frustration. The young men and woman did a great job n kept their composure.

I honestly am just so impressed with the kindness of the crew I just experienced when I went to order in store for take out. They are obviously dealing with a TON of orders, in person and online, and every single person behind the counter was kind and gracious despite the speed they had to keep working at.

I'm a big fan of mod pizza, but my experience today was lousy. All of the employees were moving so incredibly slowly, they barely acknowledged our presence, some guy stole a soda and nobody said anything, just overall not a great atmosphere. Then the guy making the pickup orders kept rubbing his face and head (literally ran his finger across the bottom of his nose) and kept working without changing his gloves or anything. And when we got home my gf kept finding peppers (she didn't ask for any and she doesn't do well with spicy). And the girl in charge did nothing to correct any of it. Honestly, with the experience we had, the entire crew that was working around 7:15 pm should be FIRED!!! Not sure if I will ever go back to this location.

The 2 guys who were working the night of 8/25 were killin it. Very respectful and communicative about my multiple orders, which is rare for the service industry in 2023. I have a lot of respect for a business that takes the time to find quality employees.
I have been in the store recently and on two occasions. when I’ve been in, this girl I believe her name is Markayla or Mikayla, so I heard was cussing at her colleague and being unprofessional and rude to her coworker. At one point me and my family looked over at the other people in the restaurant because she was screaming in the back and came out throwing a fit. Just unprofessional, the food tasted good though.

All Mod Pizza restaurants are not celiac safe at all. Cross contamination in the stone fire oven. Gluten-free crust is just for the "gluten-free diet" people.
