I always have a positive experience when eating at this location! All workers are very friendly always, even when they’re busy. They are very communicative with each other while working, so everyone knows where they’re at. I came here throughout my pregnancy (big craving) and still to this day, and I’m never dissatisfied! Usually while I wait, I ask for a water cup and they never have an issue with it.

MOD Pizza is a welcoming establishment that offers high-quality ingredients and friendly service. They cater to families, as evidenced by their ability to accommodate a 5-year-old's order and provide excellent service. Despite occasional understaffing, the staff remain calm and composed, ensuring a great dining experience.
The atmosphere is calm and quiet, but nothing extraordinary. The workers are quick and make the pizza well. The food is good, a few steps up from a fast food restaurant but not fine dining. This makes a good stop for lunch when you don't know what to get.
Customers have had a few instances where the oven was allegedly down, yet people still walked out with their pizzas. Overall, the staff is friendly, and the pizza is usually really good. The establishment has also received praise for being a great option for field trips, family outings, and casual date experiences, especially for their patience and helpfulness with autistic customers.
