I'll give them another try because i love papa johns and went years without it, however; last time I went there I had to place my order 3 times and they gave me a pizza that was almost an hour old. The staff was super nice, though ( I still have not received a refund for the other 2 pizzas, but whatever. ). Maybe it was an "app mishap"? I did pay for 3 pizzas and got 1 very stale pizza.Parking: Very cramped parking lot on the weekends. I recommend parking further away and walking up.

Yeah, this place has been super hit or miss since we started ordering here. We just moved to South Hill back in May 2023 and the food has been so inconsistent here but tonight was the last straw.The pizza had half the cheese on it that it needed and unfortunately after eating 2 slices I got to the crust of the second and am like 99% positive there was a baked Khapra Beetle larvae carcass up on the crust. I wish it had occurred to me to take pics before I washed it down the sink but it was a long day at work and I ordered pizza for our family because I was too tired to cook. I was even more convinced after I tried cutting it with a knife and it was hollow at the end and then when I squished the “head” it leaked out some kind of liquid. DISGUSTING!Oh and that’s not even including the butter and garlic salt that was spilled all over the box for our bread sticks. So gross. I definitely won’t be ordering pizza here again. I’ve included pics of the pizza and all the huge spots where there was no cheese.

Sent anchovies on my pepperoni pizza. I called to point out their mistake and they argued. Ended up paying a second delivery fee only to have the pizza literally dropped on my doorstep with a messed up “quality seal”. Won’t be doing business here again.

Had it delivered. Person on phone was polite and clear. Arrived at the time they said. Pizza was delicious and hot. Prior to this had called Domino's. After 45min had to call and was told my order was pick up?! For 14 more dollars they would deliver my hour old pizza. Papa John's was great! Mature, polite clear service.
I ordered $61.59 worth of items and they refused to take a $100 bill because they can’t accommodate making $38.41 in change. Employee and manager both no help. Suggested I go to the smoke shop near by to ask for change.

These people are literally the scum of the earth. They cannot admit when they’re wrong, and have very poor attitudes, and that’s the night manager mostly, I will never order from them again it’s always the same and I finally went off. Without papa johns being a chain this place would shut down and it’s because of this kind of poor customer service that franchises tank.

Unfortunately, the person who handled our order was really rude. I know the pressures of being busy, and for management to hang up on you with nor rhyme or reason, isn't justifiable. We were promised a free pizza the last time we ordered (we received someone else's order). To make a long story short we were treated rudely when we gave them tons of grace after they mixed things up the last time. Whoever was working on Father's Day day 2023 was extremely unprofessional, rude, and should not be a manager. We were polite and nice to her and she was abrupt and short with us. She charged us for the pizza that should have been free, and when we called to ask about it, she rendered an attitude of resentment and hung up the phone. I write this to sensible people who appreciate good customer service. If not, eat here and feel the wrath of unruly and unappreciative employees. Great food, but unfortunately, some extremely unkind people who handle it.
