Had it delivered. Person on phone was polite and clear. Arrived at the time they said. Pizza was delicious and hot. Prior to this had called Domino's. After 45min had to call and was told my order was pick up?! For 14 more dollars they would deliver my hour old pizza. Papa John's was great! Mature, polite clear service.

Everytime I order from this location no matter how busy they are my order is ready on time. They are very reliable and the food tastes fresh. The location looks mostly clean. The cons are the portions for topping aren't consistent and on occasion the staff harshly argues amoung each other very loudly which can make it feel a little awkward. I've never had the staff be rude to me or witnessed them being rude to any customers.

Ordered my pizza online at roughly 3:35, said it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Received a text message at 3:47 saying it was in the oven and another at 3:52 saying it was done... I showed up at 3:55 to pick it up and was told it just went in the oven and didn't get my pizza until 4:11. They are faking times to look better, they also marked my pizza as picked up when I arrived to make it look better on the time sheet. Seemed to be a lot of bickering in the kitchen as well.
