A true BBQ spot with a smoker billowing outside and fall off the bone pork ribs, smoky chicken, and the crown jewel the tender beef ribs! Don’t forget the homemade sides baked beans, Cole slaw, potato salad, and my favorite the macaroni salad. Brisket smoked daily by the pitmaster himself 23 years of fire wood and meat!
A+ for everything. The prices are on point too. Everything was very good, but that chicken is absolutely amazing. My daughter got the Combo Platter and isn't a ham person but she said that's her favorite ham ever.
this is great cue for the pnw, but more a mashup of southern styles than an authentic to a region cuisine, case in point it's called po boys but doesn't sell an actual po boy sandwich (french bread) but uses hamburger buns. the pulled pork was on the sweet side, good smoke & tender meat but spiced for pallettes of Puyallup not New Orleans or Memphis. i had a similar issue w/ Asian cuisine when i lived in Memphis, the few restaurants there were did their best to bridge...
