They only ever have one or two checkstands open and we were just told, along with 5 other people, to move lines because the employee needs to go home. There were at least 10 people waiting to check out in her line when she decided to turn her light off and have us all move.

I think your bakery department conspires with Fred Meyer’s bakery department because they both do the same thing. I love, as well as many other patrons, chocolate frosting covered white (or yellow cake) donuts. However, both bakery’s put those icky colored sprinkles on them. I know you do this for children but there are always a complete tray full of them at the end of the day. Uh, what does that tell you. No one wants sprinkles on a delicious chocolate covered yellowcake donut! DO NOT do this! Put them on some other donut. Adults do not like sprinkles!

After my experience today I don't know if I will ever go back to this store again. Customer service has really decreased, particularly when it comes to Management. I have lodged a complaint, but will follow that up with a letter.
