I come to the Starbucks almost every day. I order ahead on the app and I get there and my drink. Drink is ready every time today. I ordered it on the app again and I walk in and my drink isn’t ready which wasn’t upsetting because watching them work hard short staffed and still looking through the tickets for my order to get my order Made ASAP made me happy a gentleman walks in so frustrated that he ordered 10 minutes ago and it should be ready. Was that the canyon Street Starbucks the guy working today very personable was walking to tables making sure everybody was okay. Don't know the guy's name but definitely knows the meaning of customer service
I asked if they have a list of songs played. Unfortunately, no. Some of them go back to the 70s, tunes grooved into my memory. But the words were hard to understand then on the transistor radios and still are over Starbucks' speakers. As a musician, I'd love to identify them.
