My only complaint is they don't cook almonds in the vegetable almond chicken. They only put a tiny bit of almonds on the top after it is cooked. Sliced almonds need to be cooked with the vegetables. Other than that the food is great.

Only had Sushi rolls (CA Roll, Red Dragon Roll, Lion King Roll) which were a 7 out of 10. One major sticking point, when you serve sushi, typically you serve a quarter size dollop of wasabi and a half dollar size serving of pickled ginger. Putting portions aside, the ginger was NOT fresh in fact it was dry, very dry! Dry to the point that it almost was like pink wood chips! It should be very moist and tender. This was inedible! Really good food, haven't tried the sushi yet but tonight we tried the sweet & sour pork & cashew chicken, both were awesome. They have their own house sweet & sour sauce that reminds me of the sauce I would get in Vancouver's china town as a kid.
