Tacos taste the same in all Taco bells. I do not like entering my order in the computer and have difficult to use app. I can get the order app to work 2 out of 5 times. No workers means no personality

Waited 30 minutes for 3 potato tacos then asked for a refund. Then the cashier went and stood around the back for a few minutes. Zero customer service, no apologies for the wait. Will not be returning to this one, recommend avoiding like the plague

Easy ordering, food came out fresh and not a greasy mess like some other locations.

The young man who took my order was very nice and that's about where my good experience stopped. I'm really surprised at a place that sells burritos all day long that I would have to suffer through a burrito that was half stale. All I ordered was a bean burrito and it literally had the smallest amount of ingredients in it that could ever be used. Also I asked for a side of sour cream on the burrito and there was one little dollop on it and it was all the way down at the bottom of the burrito. I know you can make a burrito that has sour cream throughout the burrito if you paid extra for it. Also I ordered these new chicken strips I have never seen anything to so disgusting in my life they had brown spots on them they looked a literally like somebody dug them up and pop them in the microwave... I will be replacing a picture to show them. Just really sad about this when I first moved to Puyallup this was a good Taco Bell to go to as well as it being open late. It really is gone downhill I'm hoping the owner can really shake things up and change things around and get it to be more customer friendly as far as food goes food is expensive these days and where a bean burrito used to be a $1.99 now it is much more than that but yet I got something that was worth less than that. Hoping this review reaches the owner.

I would never disparage the good name of Taco Bell. But i have to say the downtown Puyallup Taco Bell is my favorite. The staff there is always so awesome, and of course the food is tasty. I've never had an order screwed up which is much appreciated. My only complaint would be I believe corporate is probably making them try to upset things like extra meat, sour cream, etc. It's super annoying but I'm not at all blaming the employees. I'm sure they don't want to be irritating. 😅

⭐ 1 star – Order #DoesNotExist, Apparently

I placed a mobile order through the Taco Bell app for pickup at this location while working a major local convention. The order was paid for, confirmed, and showed up in my completed orders list. A friend of mine attempted to pick it up and was told the order “wasn’t in the system.” Rather than calling me, he spent two hours driving to multiple Taco Bells trying to locate it. When I went to this location myself, the manager immediately shifted blame onto me, insisting the order was never placed—even though I showed her the completed order confirmation in the app itself.

She told me the “real problem” was that I didn’t check out properly, even though the charge had gone through and the app clearly showed it as completed. When I asked for the order number, she kept demanding it—despite the fact that the app doesn’t generate visible order numbers for mobile pickup. It’s not something the customer can provide if your own system fails to pull the order.

Rather than problem-solving or acknowledging a tech error, I was spoken to with condescension and told that I must have done something wrong. I had to fight to receive the food I had already paid for, and the experience turned a quick lunch into a two-hour logistical nightmare.

I’m local, and I’ve visited this Taco Bell before. After this experience, I’m not coming back. If your app order system doesn’t integrate properly with your store terminals, that’s not the customer’s fault. And if your staff aren’t trained on how to handle mobile order discrepancies without gaslighting the person holding the receipt, that’s a training issue. Do better.

Whenever I have had ordered from here, it has always been done on time, ready for pickup.

I like their customer service.

Taco Bell is my go-to spot for fast food.

The food is just fine. I don’t really understand negative reviews about the food when it’s a fast food place, given its fast food. If you want five star tacos go to an authentic Mexican restaurant in the city.

The service is what makes it great. The staff was really friendly and nice when taking my
order. Great for late pick me ups!

I’ll randomly go to this location because I live down the street but I don’t go often because every single time I go the tacos are super gross and luke warm as if It’s the meat had been reused from the day before or something. And I know! if it’s gross why go back? Well I am hopeful that maybe if I go at different times it’ll taste better. Or maybe it’ll be different depending on who is working… No it truly doesn’t matter, I actually saved my food from last night I took one bite and almost threw up. I actually threw that bite into the trash but I’m going to try going super early to see if maybe the meat will be fresher. It’s not that big of a deal but it does suck because food isn’t very cheap. I won’t be going back, cause I’ll wait huge gaps to…like 5 months ago when I went the meat looked and tasted old, I waited that long to go back so again going sporadically hasn’t worked well for me 😅 I’m sure if I haven’t had one good experience during those sporadic visits then I’m not going to have a good one at all!

My burritos were fine.
I also an order the cinnamon twist. The first couple were ok. About half way through i ate one. And thought . That tasted alittle funny. And one more and puked. Thankfully I had a plastic bag . Tasted like mold mix with dishsoap. Idk how else to explain it. Could not get the taste out of my mouth. Causing me to puke more.

Keep in mind. Im a blue-collar guy that has pretty much survived on gas station deli food. I've had some questionable things in the past 15 years. This... what ever that was tops it.

Quick trip through the Taco Bell drive-thru today. Wanted to try a few items to see what we liked. The crunchwrap was a hit, followed by the spicy potato soft taco, and lastly, the bean burrito. The crunchwrap was ordered without meat being as meatless options for fast food is a little tricky. All and all, it was a great luch!
