Best Taco bell around
Waited 36 minuets for a crunch wrap supreme finally got impatient and asked what's going on, they mistakenly gave it to someone else and had to completely remake it, thanks for wasting my lunch break what a joke
I have been going here for years! I went today and it was the worst I ever had. The burrito was twice as small as ever, no meat in the tacos. I feel there's new owners because I have never seen this before. It's terrible. Get rid of these people and go back to where you used to do! Otherwise I'm out
They only have touch screens unless you pay cash. No menu displays, self order on dirty touchscreens, so it takes longer to put an order in and is incredibly frustrating. BRING BACK HUMAN SERVICE! :(
I love Taco Bell. I could eat it every day. Nothing better then a quesadilla or a Baja blast. This one is really good too, food is fresh and service is fast.
Left the drive through because I thought ordering inside would be quicker. No one was at the front to take orders they quickly tell you to use the kiosk which is frustrating because it makes ordering food longer. It was longer than being in the driveway. I did receive help ordering on the kiosk after 11 minutes because I wasn't sure where some items were.
Bring back the cashiers to assist individuals who don't understand how kiosks work. Yes it makes things much simpler but it's very time consuming and it can be difficult.
Terrible customer service. Employees refuse to acknowledge customer standing in line. Coworkers had finished eating before my order was even touched.
Can’t understand worker from shitty mic quality, monotone mumbling. Gave me one burrito for the 2pk dipping burritos. Check the bag!
Michael W provided the most wonderful service in all dee land. A true blessing unto this earth. He perfectly crafted my t-blizzy order and upsold on double steak and sour cream like a true professional. BUT most of all, Michael made my night, my week, and my whole year.
Really has improved over the last year.

At this particular location the food is always good for taco bell, I want that to be clear. However they will also always mess up your order.
The fact that I walk in and there is 1 person in the lobby having a drink, and about five plus employees in the back giggling and chit-chatting a couple I noticed just standing around. They make you order off the kiosk. I think it is down right rude and unprofessional especially when you have no one in line. What about those who don't know how to work a kiosk? Ridiculous. Then you sit here and give me the wrong drink and I can't even ask for the right one because the one that told me to order off the kiosk was rude as hell. Try offering to help next time!!
The staff being required to ask about up-charges for every single item is the most obnoxious thing ever. I don't even want to go here anymore because I can't even order a plain cheese quesadilla without being asked if I want to add chicken or sour cream. I've tried ordering for friends and staff asks me what kind of meat I want on items, even if I say I want it how it normally comes they still made me specify, which I had to tell them I don't know what normally comes on it so please just do it the original way it is on the menu. The drive through takes forever because of the one million questions and the food is only fine at best. There's no reason for me to leave feeling harassed because they won't stop up selling the entire interaction when I'm already spending $30 on fast food for two people. Shame on the owners for making this a requirement, I can only imagine what a nightmare it is to be one of their employees. Terrible business practice, awful customer experience. Just no.

Nachos bell grande. I ordered without meat. Got chips, some cheese,a dollop of bean, no offer for an add on since I excluded meats, no jalapeños, no sauce offer (mild, medium, hot). I was pretty unimportant, my first stop at this location.

Great food!
What they lack is service. They are nice employees, but they don’t have a person at the front and so lots of people end up standing and waiting for their order that likely is finished but waiting in the back. You have to lean over the counter and tell the people taking orders for drive through that you are there to pick up your order. Just put someone at the front register and your service will be golden!
