This was my first time here. Staff was very helpful, they took me through the program enrollment and detailed explanation of how it works, and lady who repotted my vines was so amazing (Dasly is her name or so, can't recall her name very well due to overwhelming reception I got over there) and professional.
I really enjoy coming here—the service and selection are great when you're in person. However, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I'm trying to check if something is in stock before making the drive. More often than not, I end up going somewhere else simply because I can't get through to anyone. I hope they improve this soon
Watson's is the place to go for all your plant needs. Kim was awesome to work with. She answered all our questions and gave great advise on what to plant in our space, how to plant it, when to plant, and how to maintain our new garden. I can't wait to go back for more!
