Love this local coffee shop. Catkin has a very local feel where you can sit with friends and enjoy a yummy chai latte, listen to good music or get some work done on your lap top. It’s something Quilcene needed. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. The baked goods are delicious too!
Unique delicious alternative coffee shop that lives up to the hype. Tried a baklava latte with macadamia nut milk, for a subtle delicate flavor (chai-like herbs but lighter taste, only a little sweet). Liked the coffee a lot at first, then the flavor grew on me! By the time I finished my drink, I was ready to go back for another -- soo yummy! 😋 Delicious homemade baked goods were equally amazing: We liked the cheezy sticks (with an Italian name?) and the walnut/chocolate-chip...
Why would you not stop here? Catkin coffee is an oasis along highway 101. Their coffee is a treasure and they have all the goodies that you want from a premium cafe. Super friendly and knowledgeable baristas.
