First thing is , Chelsea was great to have as a server. The Blue Stone was super busy and she kept up with all the orders and was attentive to all her customers. Sure she seemed a little stressed. But she was working alone. So who wouldn't be. Chelsea is friendly, considerate and attentive. For the food. I stoped twice and had omelettes both times. I don't do carbs. So No toast or hash browns for me. When I order an omelette anywhere I always order a 5 egg omelette....
When you want the perfect country breakfast, this is place. Big portions cooked to perfection, coffee was never below half empty and the food was on the table shortly after ordering. Friendly waitress and the locals gave us good advice on our route.
We rode our bikes from Southern Oregon to Rainier and getting refreshed & refueled here helped us complete our mission through the national park. 🙌
