This is by far the best Dairy Queen around. The portions are larger, the prices are cheaper and the ice cream is tastier than any other Dairy Queen, it's amazing the difference is the taste. The cones are fresh, not stale, which is something that can't usually be said about a Dairy Queen. Inside is clean and the people behind the counter are friendly.

Overflowing trash, flies flying around the restaurant, and it took twenty minutes to get an order of fries at 3p. No soap in bathroom. Tables gross. Fries lukewarm.

I usually don't complain much at all but I had to leave a review...first it was the slow service. When I received my order the fries were limp and cold . My wife's cheeseburgers bun was actually hard and very stale. The chicken strips are made with parts and pieces and pressed into something that looks like a strip. This Dairy Queen is the worst I've ever been to...the sad thing is the owner doesn't care what customers say...They just care about collecting money 😔

This branch is an absolute cluster, save yourself time and hassle and eat somewhere else. This branch specifically seems to be routinely incapable of providing menu items they advertise and which are listed as available on the menu and app. It's unclear if staff at this location are liars, lazy, incompetent or all three but their attitudes and inability to maintain or service their equipment and thus be able to provide the items the advertise is a constant issue. 9/10 visits show this isn't an occasional problem but a pattern of behavior. Save yourself and eat literally anywhere else.

The Dairy Queen in Raymond Washington is the best. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The soft serve ice cream is firm, not mushy. The chicken strips and burgers are superior to other franchises. And their menu prices are actually cheaper. Great place for a pit stop. Clean bathrooms, clean dining area and easy in and out access.
