Clean restaurant and restroom! Great food, service, and atmosphere, but long wait time despite there not being many other customers during the time we were there. I enjoyed my eggs Benedict and my husband enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger and fries. They prefer cash and charge 4% service fee for cards.

Only place in town for breakfast!
They offer a wonderful lunch too!
We stopped for our 1st time and had lunch, they serve breakfast all day. Note they close around 3pm week days.
We found some tree shaded parking on the street and a nice ramp at the entrance.
The food is perfect, staff very obliging, and the cute restaurant spotless!
They had a large banquet room off the main entrance.
We tried the bacon double cheeseburger with fresh scliced fries, a cold sandwich with salad, and shared a slice of homemade pie! Everything was very good!

Walked in , seated right away and server came to take our order within minutes. A coffee refill was offered within 5 minutes of first pour, then no refills on coffee or water offered for over thirty minutes. I was able to call the server over 40 minutes after order was placed , said we were next order to come out. Order arrived at the table 52 minutes after order placed. If the kitchen is backed up, servers should communicate that to customers. We didn’t see our server for long stretches of time , and it is a small dining area, about 8 tables total, all visible from our table . Waters were never refilled.
Disappointing .

My brother and I love their Fish and Chips - upgrade to onion rings for $2 more! Best onion rings that I have ever had in a restaurant.
I came few times the food is good
I had a spicy burger with jalapenos in it. It was so delicious! I got onion rings that were so unique and delicious with a spicy sauce, they looked like donuts! Great waitress too! She answered all my questions about the town that had great metal art all over.

We arrived on 09/29/24 and there were no other patrons. We ordered the 12 oyster basket. Thirty five minutes later we were given a to go box with a "Bolb" of oyster meat and breading that more resembled refried beans. No individual oysters were even decernable. Will not be buying those again.

We were needing "road" breakfast. Stopped in and was not disappointed! Crispy hash browns. Sizable portions. They messed up my eggs bene, which were perfectly cooked eggs and lick the plate good hollandaise not from a packet, by putting it on one of their biscuits. I ordered the biscuit on the side. Offered to redo it, I declined and ate it up. They should just make that a menu offering!! Deliciousness through and through! So full. It's dinner time and I'm nowhere near needing food! When passing through again we will return, gotta try a burger! Thank you!!!

We used to come here all the time and they had great food, but something's changed. Not sure if they have a new cook or what, but both of our meals were wrong or straight-up inedible: the Reuben (which has been their most amazing cornbeef forever) was instead made with a hamburger patty, the coleslaw was almost entirely sauce with only a few small pieces of cabbage, the sausage omelette was severely undercooked (the sausage was barely cooked and slimy, the eggs half liquid), the toast was so heavily pre-buttered it was soggy, and there were barely any hash browns on the plate (normally they have wonderful portions of crispy hash browns). The wait staff was really nice about it, but honestly really hope they go back to their excellent food :(

I stop by and eat here every week, sometimes breakfast, other times lunch. The food is delicious, I love the hash browns and homemade biscuits.
The wait staff are friendly and professional. More and more people are discovering this gem so don't be surprised to find it full on weekend mornings.
