Yesterday, I ordered a 2 hamburger meal for take out. One of the burgers had no beef patty in it. Bun, ketchup, and pickles wasn't what I paid for....

I don't eat at McDs but I had to come here since we were on a road trip and town had no restrooms. First they messed up the food. Every item except the small fries was right. I ordered 2 hamburgers with no onions, both smothered. I ordered 1 happy meal toy for my son and they gave me a pie. Then they told me I couldn't order just a toy. Thankfully I got a refund for the pie but I was so off put by this place I just threw the food out to the seagulls. Restroom and dining area were dirty. Poor experience overall. At least the employees were nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable.
Edit: After some searching, according to McDonald's own policy, you can infact just buy a happy meal toy. Apparently the employees at this store need training.

Terrible experience with customer service. Manager was extremely rude to her own staff, and when I asked a question about the menu she responded very harshly. I don't believe such a grouchy and miserable person should be working in a customer service environment, especially as a manager.

A patient and caring staff at this McD’s makes a world of difference. Fresh Quarter pounder w/cheese & fresh hot fries. They also have Coke products, which others only have Pepsi. There’s a difference..
