Love this place, but the workers don't really seem to be friendly. There are like 2 girls working here who have great personalities. The others just seem to be standoffish. Really wish they were friendly when you get to the window.

I stop nearly every day. Their attitude is great, the coffee is good. I have a café in my business an 1.5 hours away, but I still stop here everyday to support them. There have been days that I was in a hurry, and I called ahead and my food and coffee were waiting for me. I typically get drinks for my staff with my free cards. I was surprised one day when they said I need to do a smaller size than I normally get. Their new policy is that free drinks needed to be 24 oz or less. This is a totally great policy. I, personally think you should only get a drink in the same price range as the 10 other drinks. I have never bothered to ask how much my unpaid drinks are, but it seems silly to allow someone to buy a 12 oz drink everyday, and then allow them to get one TWICE the size? I appreciate that they are that lenient. Especially when you account for the free drinks they give when it's your birthday, remaking drinks if it isn't perfect, or any number of other reasons free drinks are given. A business has no obligation to rip itself off. Even BOGOs at big market store are the least expensive item is the free one.

So this is us the Blue Kia Van that comes through we have been going here for at least a year and it wasn’t until just recently that one of the girls said “Oh do you have a 32oz punch card?” We said Uh No never heard of that and we had been getting that size for weeks. When usually we’d get a Hot 24oz with extra shots of coffee. They say they have gotten new staff but it has only been one maybe two girls since the ladies that were pregnant went on leave. But there’s nothing posted about needing two different punch cards for drinks, not is there anything that states when you get a free one it can only be up to a 24oz one unless you now have a different card for the 32oz, also I agree with another person that stated the Price of the drink is different every time even though you order the same thing every time. $$$$ just even .50 makes a difference when you expect it to be another price just like the day before. Everyone is not on the same page and not sure if whoever is the owner of the stand can sit down with Everyone and get on the same page it would be a more delightful place to frequent. Today the coffee tasted burnt. Not sure why. Oh also If You don’t know Wednesday is Double Punch Day That’s another thing we didn’t know for weeks and weeks of frequently coming to this stand. They treat everyone very differently I’ve also witnessed/overheard them talking crap about customers after they leave the window and lots of personal talk, with less to none of even a how’s your day. So just unprofessional not things I want to hear while waiting for my coffee and or thinking Huh what are they going to say about us when we leave. Not that this review will be seen by anyone other than customers probably, I’ve noticed this place hasn’t responded to any reviews and that’s also poor customer service. Best coffee in Raymond, Washington. The espresso roast is NEVER bitter or burnt. The girls know how to pull shots and be able to make any drink you think of, FAST. Definitely grab the biscuits and gravy if you go before noon ?
