Amazing chicken rice! I got the combo poached and crispy chicken. Both were good but I like the poached one better as it was more juicy. The rice was very flavorful and I like that it wasn't too salty (this may be why some reviewers think there's not enough chicken fat in the rice). The combo came with dipping sauces, chicken broth, and pickles.

There's condiments on each table of chili oil, ginger scallion, and pickled garlic. Service was prompt...

This place is amazing! It’s one of the best chicken and rices I’ve had and beats out most places in Seattle and LA. The chili oil is amazing and the portions and prices are great.

Very nice place in Redmond Town Center. Not large, but not that small either. Small menu, but very good food. Excellent sauces. I had boiled chicken and rice and it was excellent. Good portions. The soup tasted exceptional, which added to the experience. Reasonable prices, I'll definitely be back.
